As a convenience to you, we will submit the claim directly for reimbursement for your treatment. However, please keep in mind that your dental insurance is a contract between you, your employer and the insurance carrier. Therefore, any unpaid portions are ultimately the patient’s responsibility. In order to have a better understanding of what your out-of-pocket costs may be, we can submit a pre-estimate to your insurance.
